This is part of the usual set of convention exclusives so it should be available at Sideshow.

Lucky for those that want these, we have it very easy. We don’t have to stand in line or win a contest to place an order… Unless Sideshow wants to do something different this year.

So you and @Ramatuelle and the 7 other people* on this forum that want this probably don’t have to worry.

Anything is possible, so I agree with you that there’s a chance. And it’d be nice to get more comic figures.

But I feel they just looked at every version of Boba Fett out there to see which they could make a quick repaint figure of, landed on the War of the Bounty Hunters version, and slapped the CMS label on it. You know how Hot Toys is.

I don’t dislike this figure but I think I would’ve preferred if they’d done the all white prototype armor first with a swappable McQuarrie style helmet.

To be honest I'm completely ignorant when it comes to comics territory because I didn't bother with any of them, but nonetheless this one makes a killer figure IMO, way better than countless repaint troopers.

Fett has no choice but to instead agree to fight and kill the warrior known as Wyrmen Lictor, a pit fighter belonging the the Kanji Hutt Clan. Not wanting to get on the clan's bad side, Fett decides to augment his armor, painting it all black and taking the name of his father to enter the arena, winning all his fights until he's pitted against Wyrmen, a vicious warrior resembling a monstrous spider.

Maybe we get that dark empire luke after all? That comic series and the heir to empire novels is what reignited my fandom back in the early 90’s. Coincidentally, there wasn’t a girlfriend in sight.

As someone who has the Supertrooper prototype Fett from Sideshow I'm pumped for this release as it'll look great side by side with that one. Never read the comics but the visual aesthetic of this and my raging Boba Fett addiction means this one should already be on a FedEx plane from Hong Kong tonight... So weak...

This event is in Hong Kong for Hot Toys. They probably have them on show already. As they are show exclusives they can be bought across the counter.

As Asia is ahead timewise people already have them at home, have taken pics and posted them already.
