Perfection. I don't have a Boba, and I was getting headache trying to decide on which TV Boba to choose.
This makes my life so much easier, especially as a huge fan of the Star Wars comics. Instant purchase.

As someone who has the Supertrooper prototype Fett from Sideshow I'm pumped for this release as it'll look great side by side with that one. Never read the comics but the visual aesthetic of this and my raging Boba Fett addiction means this one should already be on a FedEx plane from Hong Kong tonight... So weak...

My OCD will just make me want Hot Toys to re-do the Proto to match this one. Especially since the body of my Proto is pretty much dust at this point and is useless with a stand

My Fett addiction knows no bounds - I think he looks great. While I think the comic series could've been better, this was one of the highlights. Will this be on SS? How do people have this in-hand already?

That whole series should have been much better - imagine sending Chewbacca to single-handedly fight Darth Vader, LMAO - but that Alpha first issue was a thing of beauty. I think it was Larry Niven who did the linework for that, it was *chef's kiss* in every last particular.

He looks pretty cool in his shiny chrome black armour. It's a Boba Fett figure though, and I no longer collect those.
The all black look does look nice for Mandalorian armour though.

I’m glad there are people who like this but I can’t help but feel this is just another lazy release from Hot Toys. Gettin really exhausted of seeing continued announcements of things absolutely no one asked for.

Toy Fair Exclusives are usually always "lazy" releases though.

They could have done a lazy release like Commander Gree or Appo without the bike and it would have been fine. This Boba just stinks.

I think there’s a pretty good ratio of “make the masses happy” releases and the more obscure things like this and the Jump Trooper, Animated Fett, etc. when it comes to HT Star Wars.

Well you may be in the minority because the entire HK allotment sold out almost instantly, whereas the other 2 are still available.

I think it's cool. Are there other figures I'd have preferred? Sure, but if you don't expect anything then you wont be disappointed.

Come on - everyone is getting this for the new sand base with no footprints. Years in the making and they debut it with a Fett figure -does it get any better than this?! I think not.

Yep, there might be some who are turned off by another Fett re-paint, but they are outnumbered by the lunatics who gobble this up...myself included. You can't say this won't have some really nice shelf presence! Good lord, I'm thinking about making a life size version to go alongside my Supertrooper.

You can just stop collecting now. Your PF presentation along with your numerous, outstanding life-size Fetts put most other SW collectors in a state of disbelief.

It’s funny how I draw the line at having too many mandos in the display but with clones, I want every color scheme.

Shadows of the Empire will always be my canon for the period between ESB and ROTJ.

As far as the figure, on one hand I do have all the OT Boba variants from Hot Toys so far, but on the other I find most all-black figures to be pretty boring on the shelf. Plus in general I just can’t take the new comics seriously at all as canon. So I dunno.

Everyone pointing out that the HK allotment has already sold out, I don’t know if that necessarily means anything for us outside HK. For one, the resellers may be betting that it will be the hottest seller of the three for the international customers and so they bought up more of that figure than the other figures. Or Hot Toys just didn’t allocate as many in HK because Star Wars isn’t as popular there.

It's worth noting they also released less Boba Fetts in HK than the other 2. Neo had 500 and Iron Man 1000 to Fett's 300 pieces.

Maybe saving them for SDCC / Sideshow. The SW market is much larger here.
