Are you kidding? the gloves are simply tucked in to his gauntlets. The neck looks exactly the same.

It's hilarious isn't it. So many can't even work out logic. Because something sits a different way or light bounces/shines off something another way, means it's brand new.

Funny to think how some of these people clamoring on about gloves tucked under the gauntlets. It's so funny. It's fabric. The fists on the figures are plastic. Even if Hot Toys did make it possible for the plastic gloves to fit under the gauntlets. Any movements and you'll have big gaps because they've made the opening wider for them to fit under. If you were to force it. Yet some people complain about broken hand pegs. Or movement restricted.

Sure the gauntlets details have a curve on the edge where the blades sit but it's the only new thing there. Anything else can look different dependent on how he stands. Soft material. Oh thats right, that means it's huge change. It's something new.

In a magazine article. It was in response to a question about whether Batman gets a new costume and the response was just the same TDK one with a couple of changes, namely the neck and the way the gloves are worn.

I'm willing to entertain that the neck may be slightly different, but it is really not noticeable in the above photo, and on 1/6 scale, I think the difference would be even more negligible.

Besides the confirmation from the costume department, what detail do you see as different between the two necks? Because besides lighting and the exact position of his head tilt/neck flex, I'm honestly not seeing it in this picture.

Neck looks a bit more padded in TDKR -- almost like there's just more material there.

I remember the TDK suit looking sleeker at the neck. Might be a story-related change ... break the bat, pad the suit.
