The gap between the feet and ankles is too big and i think he looks too skinny.

Still keeping mine but something is off about the figure.

I would love to see a pic of this next to a. sideshow Stormtrooper if anyone still has one.

Love the fact that the armor is fully removable. Will give even more display options.

Noticed this too, might be the angle of the pictures? but........

In what way? I used to own the Medicom white stormtroopers and I don't see any similarity to sculpt or proportions...

Looks good to me. Don't see a medicom looking toy myself.......

The skinny look reminds me of the Medicom version, it'd be interesting to see them together.

:exactly:

Kinda difficult to understand skinny comments when not compared to another fig. Perhaps the armor fits better then prior versions from other companies :dunno

Agreed. Would be interesting to see it next to it's Medicom counterpart, Medi would be a little smaller, but I think overall look would be the same based on current photos of HT version. Other than the height and body breakage issues I liked the look of the Medi figure.

Could be right.

I don't see the skinny either. IMHo it looks well proportioned. Perhaps its compared to the hasbro stormtrooper?

I think the skinny comment is coming from the super snug armor compared to the somwhat bulky look SSC had on their production pieces.....skinny is easy to fix....stick some cloth under the body suit and you can make him a little beefier if need be

I have the Medi proportions memorized. The hips were too narrow and the shoulders very slight.

This has much better and more realistic proportions. The SSC armour was off, proportionally...especially in the legs.

If you look at the stormtroopers that stun Leia aboard the Tantive IV they have proportions similar to this HT figure.

I got mine and it's nothing like the Medi. It's pretty bloody impressive in hand. The Stormies are going to be stunning.

Looks like a person in a suit. Very nice

Best,

Robert

Looks great, cant wait until the stormtroopers arrive :)

What the hell. This is out already?!

It was released as a Toy Soul exclusive a couple of weeks ago. Sideshow get theirs in Jan.

Picked one up from Mr Budget Stark a couple of days ago which i am waiting on. Now to decide if i cancel with SS or have 2. Even though this will be rare i would rather save the money for extra white Stormtroopers. I'll wait and see.

As some of you guys already know Budget-Stark is a stand up individual to deal with. You really get a feeling that he is in it to help spread the joy and enthusiasm among us collectors. Ordered the day he announced he got a few tickets and it was in hand Christmas eve # days from HK! Enjoy the pics guys, I'm working on an extremely amateurish vid to show my enthusiasm and joy of Hot Toys and Star wars in general This line from Hot Toys really has my collecting drive kicked up a notch!
