There was another one with a full bend too, I'll look for it. The rubber arms also creases and bunches up and doesn't look aesthetically pleasing.... I preferred the armor version. I can't decide whether or not to get that or if I should get the AoU line. If I decide to, I might have to lose some NRD $$ and cancel a bunch of stuff... don't know if I'm able to sell a Catwoman EX PF and make a small profit or if I'll just lose $$... Then there's this Star Wars line.... HT is killing me. :gah:

Yeah the dock strike is killing getting any figures. I've been waiting on robocop since the middle of November and they told me it's stuck at the port. I was hoping to have this figure in January

It does suck, but the way the dock workers are being treated is truly unfortunate and I do think their livelihood is far more important than this stuff so I wish them all the best in their crusade. Honestly it should be illegal how they're being classified :|

Shadow arrived today and initial impression is good. Slightly taller then Dx Luke, armor and joints much firmer then SS Sand Trooper (only fig I have to compare). The art box is very Medicom.....

I cannot wait for my second to ship from SS and for Storm Troopers to arrive.......

It is on a smaller body no question. Back in the day, I owned a Medicom StormTrooper. It reminds me a lot of Medicom only on proper 12 in scale.....it isn't bulky / loose like SS...assuming folks comparing it to SS, I get the it's thinner comments.

It's not the dock workers....it's 70 clerks who are afraid their jobs will be sent overseas, the dock workers are just helping by not working or slowing down in support of the 70 to the determinant of all other workers who are affected by this action. 40% of the imports/exports of the US goes through these 2 ports. Think about all the workers who will be affected when the goods their company sells is delayed? Will they be laid off or hours cut back because the revenue these companies were counting on from sales wasn't realized, revenue they use to pay wages and health benefits? It's just not sideshow products that are delayed it's anything imported from Asia which is just about everything these days. Most people who talk about this have no idea what's going on!!!

sounds like that company better stop screwing with those 70 clerk jobs so everyone can get back to work and avoid the Asian import crisis

It's multiple companies involved, some American and some Chinese, not just one. Maybe this is why they want to send their jobs overseas to avoid this happening again.

From what I've read (it's been a couple months) it was actually the drivers, and they are indeed treated pretty bad, some making LESS than minimum wage. The companies have also already been lawfully told to stop their practices and yet they have failed to do so from what I remember.

Well, it seems what was happening in that article isn't responsible for the current problems, but may be adding to them certainly. It seems this truck driver "Alex" has a problem with both the Companies and the Unions both.....take note all the "Unions can do no wrong" apologist.

"Alex, a driver with experience in the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports, told the World Socialist Web Site, “Working by the hour for TTSI was a disaster. I’ve ended up working for $10 an hour—it’s impossible. As an incentive, if you carry more than five loads in a day you got an extra $25 dollars per load. The problem is you wouldn’t ever be able to reach five loads in your 8-hour day.”

“It’s a complete disaster working at the ports,” he said. As for the union, he stated, “The Teamsters are hovering over us like parasites conducting themselves like a Mafia. Their role is to pressure companies to hire workers by the hour so they can unionize us and get our dues.”"

The other funny thing was the article was stating that the Union leaders were conspiring with the Company bosses to suppress the workers. Hmmmmm......Damn Union bosses :cuss screwing the workers again!

There's a lot of articles like that, none of them shed a positive light on the unions or companies :p Also I'd sure be hella pissed if I busted my ass at work and then at the end of the week got a NEGATIVE paycheck. Hell I'd burn the place down :p

I do not...I don't own a camera outside of iPhone and iPad....Perhaps when I return home early next week, I'll read up on how to post pics. Photobucket and some link on the site I'd imagine. I am not a camera type guy..
