I thought this was the BD Mark VII thread, and I flipped out at the "high" price.

Too many IM threads...

Anyways, at $310, I'm definitely not getting this.

My girlfriend is thinking of buying one as well. Does anyone know how the single payment works? Do they charge you that single payment when it starts to ship or when the order is placed?

That's why I'm kinda okay with it. February 2014 = April 2014 for Hot Toys. A good year to save up for it.

yep just got the email! $310 is alot but given that IP is the same price, this is a much better deal. and Februray give ppl lots of time to save for it if they really want it. even that release date makes me want to try but I don't want to put down the NRD on it

I'll be waiting on the MK3 now that it's been shown that BD parts can be with the DieCast figures unlike OMG previously stated

they don't charge you until it ships

I'm kinda scratching my head over the price, thought it would be much more considering IP is the same price and comes with nothing

I'm going to hold off on these figures for now, still just know too little about them to make a purchase, and with a date of Feb 2014 there's really no rush

yea not too fond of the clean MK7 sculpt. but I bet the production piece will look good.

that's all about self control. I haven't bought a HT figure since last October when I got the DX12 in the early batch, so if I really wanted this I know I would be able to wait for it

Single payment is charged at the time that they are ready to ship but you can always change your order to flex pay if you want to down the road.

I'll wait on this although it looks cool that is a very high price. May wait to see if they venture to do Hulkbuster Armor

I hope they go all-out on a new Mark III. It should, at the very least, come with a damaged chest plate to mimic how it looks in the Hall of Armor. But ideally it'll come with lots of BD parts and a new Iron Man 1 era RDJ sculpt, both with and without the helmet. Unfortunately it might be closer to $400.

you are right my friend- but many many of us (like me) are weak and too easily swayed by the latest and greatest HT figures..

Having said that I truly believe HT better watch it with pricing- and choice of licenses. Too much of one thing for too much money....

Right but he was asking if the full amount is charged at the time you place it if you select single payment. The NRD is charge no matter what payment option you choose, single or flex pay.
