Since no one has posted here in like a week I'm just going to say something, just got charged nrd on my second one!

Well, I can only add that it was April when I paid my one and only NRD, the 8th to be exact. And as it happens, I will be charged my second payment (ie my first real actual Flex payment) on the 5th of next month.

That being said, it feels like a long, long haul until Feb 2014!

Sorry, my bad. :rotfl I didn't explain that too well did I? No, I meant the 8th of April. I have one only on order. My word, if I had that type of cash I'd not spend it all on IM figures...I'd spread the wealth around.

It made sense to me.

Whoops, I guess I read it wrong.

No worries folks, it's not uncommon for my brain and my fingers to work out of sync that way! :rotfl

I am actually getting quite excited about this now, that's why I am beginning to to feel it as a long drudge to february. It was never up to very much in the actual film but the figure itself looks great, and is really growing on me as a companion piece to my other Iron Man figures.

So after viewing IM3 for the second time last night, I thought two things:

1) This is the best Iron Man film and it really holds up on repeat viewings
2) I defiantly need to get the Mark 42 Figure, and maybe Iron Patriot.

Haha I can somewhat agree with those two statements there. I still think Iron Man 1 is the best, but this comes at a close second. And it really gets better upon multiple viewings. I guess the only thing I wish they went into was Killian at least talking about how he had to do with Tony's kidnapping in the first movie as well as getting Whiplash to the States in the 2nd, since the 10 Rings were in all 3 movies. and my god, the Mark 42 really really grew on me, I always called it the hot dog that got too much mustard on it, but ughhh I think it looks so damn good now. I so can't wait to see what the Mark 43 or whatever is gonna look like in Age of Ultron.

Watched it for about the 8th time last night and I'd probably agree. I'm not the pickiest viewer in the world and even I thought it had several flaws.....but I'm also the type of person who likes to kick back and just enjoy a movie. And IM3 definitely had the most action. The attack on his house, the Air Force One rescue (by the way, watch the featurette on that one, amazing stuff) and the final battle - those three scenes alone are worth watching it several times over.

An eye-opener for me was who the girl at the Miss Tennessee contest was...

:goodpost: Yeah, I'm the same way. I've taking a few classes where we are taught to critique and look at the film in a different way. It totally sucks the joy out of a movie. I refuse to do it unless I really have problems with a film.

Iron Man 3 isn't flawless, but it is a lot of fun. Just like the first Iron Man.

I completely forgot about the 10 rings. Yeah, that's kind of something that should have been explained. I think that's the fault of Shane Black. He turned in a pretty good movie, but I remember reading to totally rewrote the script.
