After watching IM3 for the nth time. i have to say the Mark XLII grows on me a little bit, but still not enough for me to spent this much moolah to acquire it. The only pose I would ever put it in, would be the pose where it hovers above water at the end of the AFO rescue. I guess I might like it better if it comes with a Pepper in helmet sculpt. But I still prefer XXXIII with the flaming XLII helmet way better.

I have a strange feeling that XLIII in AVG:AOU will return to a more traditional color scheme, ala Mark VII

I feel the same. Many many suits and the main suit is at the bottom of my list...so many cool suits that deserved its screen time.

I don't mind the Mark XLII but I think I'm going to wait and see if they do a battle damaged version like they did with the Mark VII. Otherwise I mostly want the Silver Centurion out of the suits from Iron Man 3.

I'm not getting that vibe from it at all...(Because i really *like* UIM, and would be all over Heartbreaker if it looked even remotely like it!).

That's my favorite armor of all time, Barry. I think he's referring to the slope of the faceplate and the extra-large RT on the chest. It definitely reminded me of the UIM armor when I first saw it, if only because it looks more like the Ultimates version than anything else in the film.
