I've never owned a HT figure with rubber parts (though I did just PO the Hulk) but there have been reports of Batman figures leaking and other figures with rubber arms and parts cracking and breaking down without any stress being put on the figures at all.

Which is the only aspect I'm concerned about this toy.

According to people from Twitter they said from Hong Kong, it is PVC.

I hope they're right. Let's hope even PVC stands the test of time.

i personally still think it's cracked because the wrinkles shouldn't be located so high.

Looks like hulk elbow skin to me. The angle of the pic seems to make it look higher on the arm than it really is...

Its sculpted that way. If you look at the maquette its the same. Whether or not its cracked inside the sculpt is a different story.

I agree with the others. Its not ripped/cracked... That's just the look of it.

First thing I noticed: There is a blob of BluTak holding his arm in at the shoulder.

Second thing I noticed: The Hulk has a set of "Girly Parts" on his elbows!
