He's pretty cool. The hair app isn't great on the open eyes head, but other than that it's a cool figure.

The "closed eye" sculpt hair was applied better than the "open eye" on my Yoda. The heavy white glue marks looked terrible and no amount of futzing made it look better. Plus the bottom layer of applied hair was crooked so I opted to remove it all together.

What can be used that is similar to the hair HT used on Yoda to fill in areas or completely redo? I considered using finely stretched out cotton but that was no good.

Hmm...."open eye" person applying hair needs to be fired. :(

The closed eye sculpt is making me really tempted. A lot of expression in that sculpt to me........but $200 is a hard pill to swallow on the little guy, cool diorama nonwithstanding. That extra effort is appreciated.

Price matters not. Look at him. Judge him by his price, do you? Hmm? Hmm. And well you should not.

He does look really awesome with the closed eyes sculpt. So much emotion in it that captures the essence of ESB to me.

It can be underwhelming for a bit, but it belongs on the shelf. Really happy having it up there. The closed eye sculpt is definitely the winner, and the hair while imperfect actually gives it much more realism.

EDIT: What SS said. :lol

Great photos ^ I am ripping off your pose...

...runs off to rip off pose....

Same force pose I have on the shelf but the arm is not raised as high with mine. I took my pose from a previous photo. I'll try to dig it up but it was over a week ago, great pose BTW.

Found it! Great stuff, DF! :clap

Updated pose in the display. Really digging this figure.
