Do you have a link? I had planned to get the Han and the Luke from TFA. Hoping the production Han head will look just a tad better. Still looks nice, just hoping for a "hit it out of the park" Han after the somewhat lackluster ANH Han head.

I'm only getting core TFA figures:

-Kylo Ren
-Rey
-BB-8
-Han
-Chewbacca
-FN-2187
-Poe Dameron
-Luke Skywalker

Skipped all the troopers and Phasma. I'll also skip Hux, Maz and Leia if made.

Troopers are my favorite so I'm getting most of them. The Damn clones dragged me into this hobby.

Leia and Maz are easy passes, Hux would have to be better in ep8 and Luke who are we kidding of course.

If the final production can keep this look I am definitely in for Han. Not sure on Chewie yet though. I don't need the 2 pack incentive so hopefully I can wait this out and order after the final product images are shown.

Han looks great. Unfortunately, I think there is a good chance that the production version won't turn out as good.

I'm surprised with how good that Han came out. He looks incredible. This may end up being my first 1/6 scale Star Wars figure.

I did a quick comparison:



It's not the most perfect angle, lighting and expression for comparison, but I do think that this demonstrates the key two areas of fault here:

1) The hair isn't right - colour is wrong, and it's too big.
2) the nose isn't quite long enough

Apart from that, it's dead on IMO and I'm really impressed they got this close after so many sculptors have tried and failed to capture Ford's likeness.

I think they based his expression on the scene where he's watching Kylo take Rey away in his big spaceship (I forget the name), is anyone able to get a shot to compare with that?

I agree on the hair and nose. The first thing that stood out was the hair. Hasbro got it wrong too. It's like they are afraid to give him gray for some reason. But if the nose was a little longer it would help the sculpt a ton. I'd rather see these flaws now and have them fixed by production than the other way around which we've seen more of lately.

Oh man... I may have to preorder the two pack. Now all they need to do is get Poe Dameron and old Luke out there and I'll complete my TFA set (would probably pass on a TFA Leia, but might consider Maz if she came with a dynamic display, the chest, and lightsaber hilt).

It's likely that Ford has a stipulation on the licensing of his likeness that they show no Grey.

That's what I thought too when I saw BatBrain's post. That's nuts enough to possibly be true.

The Hasbro figure was the same.
