Strange, I don't see Loki as particularly appealing... but my fiance kept saying he was hot too during the movie. I was like "really, with all the other meat running around"?

Girl's never cease to fascinate me. I must study them further, and intensely.

Chris is kinda goofy looking from a male perspective, but I can see why the ladies like him.

American girls will fall for it every time.

I on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed watching his face get bashed in. He plays a great bastard.

My gosh! TH has a lot of personality, he is not the most gorgeous or handsome man in earth but I don't know how to describe the feeling about him, he has a lot of charisma, I think that is what is making us the ladies crazy xD

I'm more loco for Loki than my girlfriend. She prefers RDJ (dating) and Mark Raffulo (marriage). What am I going to do with her. SMH. lol. :)

I'm mildly curious how the muzzle's going to attach. Think it might be magnetic like RE5 Jill's mind-control chest spider?

I'm guessing form fitting? In the movie I think it had a strap, but I can't remember, so I imagine it will have one on the figure.

He's more confused, angry, feels betrayed and overlooked, in over his head, and a bit crazy from everything that's happened to him. Plus he is more attractive in a classic sense than Hugo Weaving is. Still, there figures will look great together.

I have respect for Red Skull and I think Weaving did a great job portraying him. I particularly remember a scene in the movie where he tells Cap that neither of them are human anymore, but that he, Red Skull, was actually reveling in the fact that he had moved beyond his humanity. Well, he's honest about it at least. Red Skull is not really a very charismatic guy but that lessens his worth as a villain not one bit. I would love to pick up the HT Red Skull, but these figures being at the price point that they are, that probably won't happen.

I definitely think Loki is in over his head now; he's got a whole lot of people [and non-people] furiously angry at him right now, it will be interesting to see what he does next. Loki was lied to in that in his understanding, it was always a given that he was in the Asgardian line of succession - but he really wasn't. This was a very cruel lie... and one wonders what kind of succession there can be when we are discussing almost-immortal beings, but I digress.

With almost all my favorite villains, there's a dichotomy within them. They are not pure evil like Red Skull, they have motivations beyond the mere wreaking of havoc. I really don't demand that they all possess the level of visual charisma that Hiddleston's Loki possesses IN ABUNDANCE, but I like three dimensions in my evildoers.

Back on topic, think someone else's idea that the cape should be wired is an interesting one. I agree, that would be pretty cool to see.

You bring up some really cool points that I hadn't thought about, and some that I really enjoyed in the movies. I think Red Skull is charismatic, but in the sense that he is charismatic to people who are willing to follow him. It's hard to explain, especially in a thread where I'm OT, lol, but there are a lot of things that make him the perfect villain. He is different things to different people, hated villain, respected leader, etc. If you have the time check out the recent Red Skull five issue mini-series that explains his origin.

Loki's position is very interesting, and one thing I really love about the movie version is that there is more to him than how he is normally portrayed. It's a nice blending of his various comic book incarnations, and I can actually see the current reincarnated young Loki growing into someone looking like TH. Which is really cool.

I'd love if the cape was wired, I think that would be awesome with Loki. I think that about capes in general though, because it really allows you to get more poses. Also, looking at those new pictures you can see just how amazing a sculpt Loki is. It seems like depending on the angle you get a slightly different look, in fact in one picture it almost looks like Loki is feeling like he's gone too far. That's extremely lifelike.
