While I dont have him yet I have seen in video reviews that the leg button allows you to pull the legs down further which increases the range of motion in the hip flexor region.

yea, or in my case the legs aren't still at all and are free to swing and can't support the figure freestanding. Called SS last week and got an email a couple days ago that they are checking stock on a replacement for me

Just got off live chat with Kathy, she mentioned that returns/exchanges has another figure for me and I should hear from them today. I wonder if they will want me to destroy this one or send it back.

Same here, she's sending me an email so I could send a photo of the damaged part.

i went through that process friday, but wrote back today cause i hadn't heard anything yet. She said i should get the next steps from them today. Last time i had to do this was for a dinged up thigh armor on mk7 and just had to destroy it. It'd be a shame if i had to destroy a whole figure

Ah, got ya.

So is it just Vader that has the loose leg issue or is this going around? It seems that it was stiff as a board and could hold poses as most were saying thus far

I just got an Email from SSC that a replacement arm for my IP is on its way. It also says I have 5 days after receiving the new arm to destroy the old arm and send them a picture as proof that it was destroyed. If not, I will be charged for the new arm. What! This feels wrong. It's basically a threat. Do it or else! Is this something new? How can they charge my credit card if I don't approve it? What a waste. The whole arm isn't broken, just one piece inside.

I had to do that with a thigh armor piece for MK 7, my guess is so you can't turn around and sell the messed up one. I just am curious how I'd destroy a whole figure if that's what I'd have to do

Come up with a really f'd up way of destroying it (like douse it in lighter fluid, torch it and smash it with a bat with Megadeath blasting in the background)... and please post your video here

My friend had to destroy his damaged Aayla Secure PF to get a replacement. We stuck it in a pillow case and smashed it on the concrete. Good times!!

So you prefer to pay to return it? People just will complain about everything. You are getting your replacement so just follow the instruction and destroy the part. How hard is that? Unless you actually want to keep the damaged one and the replacement.
