Great pics you all. I'm so on the fence with this. I love the WM 2 diecast but 319 for a repaint of the same figure... oh decisions. Did Hot Toys ever say why the IP was more than the WM? Was it because the IP required more paint?

Yea, thankfully their returns dept is great. sent me a prepaid label to get it shipped out today and they'll get me a new one when they receive this one.

Yep, definitely check it out and make sure everything is intact and working. This is the main reason I don't like keeping figures in boxes and opening them months later. You won't be able to return it as easily if there's something wrong with it, and if you end up selling it, it's somewhat unfair to the buyer since it could have quality issues.

I don't have the patience to keep a figure in the box! I don't see how some people do it. I put mine through its paces immediately and I already have a shelf set up for him!

The same thing happened to mine, don't know how the heck it happened, I think I'll ask for a replacement also

That is meant to flip down like that. It's so you can get it in the 3 point landing pose. It shows it in the instructions.
