It's the same figure, it all comes down to personal color scheme preference.

I personally think the Iron Patriot is one of the best armors that Hot Toys has ever done. It looks stunning.

The AoU War Machine Mark II also comes with a head sculpt. Of course Iron Patriot can be had on the secondary market for much cheaper.

I don't need your war machines. Even happier with Patriot after finally seeing it get some real action in AoU, different name and colors notwithstanding.
