Diecasts are too heavy for dynamic stands

Doesn't the new War Machine MkII come w/ a dynamic stand for flight poses, like MoS Supes?

It comes with a stand just like this one, but the rod is black not clear

I gotta say that that's a little dissapointing. I would imagine that these guys would look pretty awesome in the air

I'm debating getting this figure. Sort of like the color scheme of the War Machine Mark II a bit more but I like that this one has the in helmet Cheadle head sculpt.

Only one solution: get both.

LOL I wasn't even going to get either but after early pics from War Machine MKII I was sold! After getting WM MKII I had to PO Patriot....they really are built to another level.

I dunno. I'm kind of leaning towards getting the Iron Patriot if the reviews come out as good as they did for the War Machine Mark II.

Hot Toys updated schedule in Japan for March delivery of IP, so we should be seeing so in hand pics of him soon...

Hot Toys Japan also has Mark XLII and PP Red Snapper scheduled for March delivery as well. Will be interesting to see if these 3 figures do release in the same month overseas. IP and Red Snapper look likely. But in the US, Sideshow has Mk. XLII scheduled for July.

Just pre-ordered this. Hope we get an announcement soon. I already have Mark II and will decide which one I'm going to keep once I have this guy in hand.

I have this on pre-order and I think it going to look awesome displayed with the custom Hot Rod repaint I getting done.

I would say yes... Damn that idea is starting to grow on me... Might need a second WM MK II. On the other hand who says that HT wont give us an official Hot Rod...

Im betting they will along with blue steel and tank, summer exclusives that we end up getting in winter. Im hoping they do honestly.

That is what I'm doing.

I guess you misunderstood my use of "with". I meant my IP would look great beside or with the Hot Rod repaint, not my IP would look good repainted as Hot Rod.


I just ordered a Mark 2 for $250 shipped and I'm going to hold it until I figure out if Hot Toys is going to do Hot Rod.

If they don't I'll have it repainted, if they do I should be able to get my money back by selling it.
