Why didn't they just make it like how they did the Spider-Man 3 suit? The silhouette is good and looks alright in the distant pics but the close ups it's ruined. Might have to get the first one before it sells out
Really wish they used cloth for spidey . The figure would be perfect if they did. Has hot toys read the feedback for this figure? Wonder what medicoms will look like.
Honestly, I wouldn't mind a quicker turn around time for future releases. Hype is at it's biggest whenever you announce something. A year or two till release usually results in diminished hype. IMO of course.

This. even though I haven't collected in years I would be tempted to get back into it if the turn around was faster. The worst thing about collecting is having to wait a year for it to come out from the time of it's reveal, some don't even come out at all. If I do get back into collecting I might get this figure as I haven't liked any of the traditional colored spideys yet, I still have my black costume with sandman base, which is still one of my all time favorite figures. It would be cool if they did a release with a Rhino base, not the full thing mind you but something.

I'm beginning to regret selling my Spider-Man 3 figure. If HT doesn't get rid of that lame latex I guess I'll have to wait for a potential ASM3 figure.
As a comic fan, I have been expecting and waiting on it. But then I remember other people outside of us are watching these films. My audience, gasped out loud when the identity of the Winter Soldier was revealed. I sat there wondering how anyone was surprised by that. But then I remembered I'm a comic nerd, and it made sense. At times I envy them, being able to be surprised in these films. It rarely happens, and when it does, I am usually angry because it went against the comic.

I've been waiting for a great Spiderman figure from HT for a long time, and now I'm so disappointed with this figure because of the material they chose to use. The costume should be 100% fabric like the SM3 figure (ironically that material was wrong for that figure), not latex/rubber like their previous figure. It's a good thing I'm getting the mafex Spiderman, but I really want a HT SM. What if HT makes another SM from ASM3 and they use fabric? But what if they don't make a figure or he uses a different costume? I'm not sure if I should PO this guy? That material will tear eventually
