The seams are sloppy...but I can live with them. That black oil smudge (probably just sloppy factory QC) is really bad handling there...

Hopefully Sideshow gets on Hot Toys for this. They lose money with every return and exchange...

my spider finally arrives!! cant wait to pick up the rest of the avengers!! My only wish was that the eyes would be white like the proto. other than that its perfect!

The black smudge I had on the head sculpt is now gone. I have decided to keep this guy. He is just too damn cool to not have. Great photos!

I appreciate it! and they totally go together I think im going to keep him on his shoulder. Idk if you have seen the picture with hulk spidy on his shoulder thor and wolverine its awesome!

SS responded that they wouldn't be able to find a better looking Spidey than the one I have. I'm going to stick with it. The poor stitching around the head is not so obvious when I control the light around him.

Lucked out on Spidey with decent stitching & web pattern and no black stains.

The right palm is really starting to bug me because that's the hand that won't sit flush with any of the other fingers it comes with besides the relaxed fingers.

I guess so, I took a photo for SideShow, and while waiting to hear back from them I decide to check him out further and have some fun posing him. After messing with him for bit I noticed the stain was gone, it might have just blended in, not sure, but I don't care because its gone and no one would ever know it was there. He looks awesome and poses great. I have him with my Star Spangled Capt. America, 1966 Batman and Robin.
