Finally caved and ordered this guy for a great price on Zavvi (Uk)

Grew up with Spidey, loved Andrew Garfield as Spidey, shame the films wernt amazing, but this figure certainly is and will be my definitive Spidey!

Curious...being Civil War, will they go with the Iron Spider? Considering this will be Spider-Man's introduction into the MCU, I see him introduced in his classic costume and Stark possibly making IS for the final 25% of the movie.

Yea, I think he will definitely be in his classic costume. IS may be in it, but he will start in classic style. As far as the movies so far, this, ASM2, has been my favorite costume so far.

I would think the casting announcement should be any day now, along with the official statement of Spidey appearing in Civil War.

My Spidey arrived today ... after some inspection I realised the suit is off centre .. the neck where the head joins the body..
it just looks wrong. Is there a fix for this or should I return it?

Thanks. I was thinking of taking the head off by the neck and repositioning the suit... but don't know if that's possible.. the manual says DO NOT take off the head from the main body =/
