Part of me wishes that I had kept my pre-order for this as it did turn out very nice. Not sure if I'll re-order as other things have come along that I've ordered or want to order. I'll think about it a while.

Nope one or the other per order. You do earn rewards on the balance you pay though even if you use a coupon or rewards.

What's the chances the regular will sell out? I don't really care for the EX. Was hoping to wait until it qualifies for double rewards and/or free shipping and slap a coupon on that afterwards. It feels kind of pricey for what it comes with, especially since I doubt I'll really be putting him in those clothes. The dynamic stand is nice though so that's probably the reason for the price.

I don't think I've seen stuff sell out so soon lately, besides Movie Promo Cap. I'm also going to wait until I can get it for less than 200. SPooktacular can't come soon enough!

Great improvement. I did cancel my order because of the old material but now after the change I do feel relieved that I cancelled. If I kept it, I probably wouldnt wanna cancel now, trying to prioritize the collection.

These responses to the first guy came 4 hours to early . Though, I would've agreed with you guys too! No way, I would've thought Hot Toys would've made such a dramatic improvement in the eleventh hour. Glad they did though.

Marty EX and DC MkIII EX went fast. My Marty converted though but I'm still waiting on the MkIII.

You should probably check out the discounts thread, those guys usually know. I remember discounts I think but there might be more, not 100% sure.

Love the change in material for the suit--gonna be a nice little addition to my collection. I'm still curious to see what SS does for their Spider-Man but I don't want to wait 2 more years for theirs so I'm glad I have this one PO.

Who knows? The ASM1 suit is still available at retail here, but that's an incredibly fugly suit, whereas this is good looking.

They'd do pop up Reward Point Codes last year. Usually for 1 or 5 dollars. Hopefully they do that again this year, because that's a really good way of getting new customers. That's how I was persuaded to buy my first figure from them. It's like the drug dealer that gives you a really good deal on your first crack rock, and then jacks up the price to normal when your hooked.

I honestly didn't think the suit would be improved, but it was. Sometimes HT surprises us in a good way.

Same here, proto suit looked bad with the vinyl looking material. Looks great now!

Is it me or does the suit look like the same material from the Spider-man 3 figure?

The red section is the same, the blue appears to be the same as the MOS material or the first ASM figure, can't say for sure.

The suit is far better than what we saw at SDCC but there is something off about it that I just can't put my finger on.

The suit is still not film accurate, but the final materials are much better than what was shown at the cons.
