Dang, that figure looks great. Just can't decide if I want it bad enough or if I want to be just "Cap" centered instead of Cap and supporting characters.

I'm really liking how all of the Winter Soldier releases are so close together. We'll be able to have our full displays hopefully by March.
Wouldn't mind a couple early releases as well. Perhaps Golden Age and Widow in a couple months?

I'm actually kind of surprised that none of the other figures from this movie (except GA Cap) have sold out on sideshow. Or at least aren't close to it. Some of the best looking figs in my opion

I admit the reveal is a bit bittersweet. They made so many awesome figures from this movie, but I still hope we haven't seen the last one now. I so want a Batroc and Rumlow.

I believe anything over (or close to it) $250 is an automatic NRD, with some exceptions. Starboost surprisingly didn't require one. Since it's Iron Man, Sideshow probably figured it was a sure thing sell out.

I'm sure they will in due time. Most figures take quite a while to sell out, regardless of popularity. I'm sure since they're the only game in town as a Hot Toys distributor, they get a lot of stock for each release.

Got mine pre-ordered. So, it's saying January 2015. I wonder if they'll actually get close to that, since other than the backpack it's your standard figure in clothes/gear?
