The mk1 ultron comes with both versions. I believe the exclusive is just the red led helmet.

FWIW, this armor also gets lots of screen time in AoU. As cool as the XLV looks, it's barely on-screen.

Yes the helmet is the exclusive part and the partial ultron comes with both. It is even articulated and you can remove the head which is cool.

I'm glad I did not spend extra for the exclusive. Maybe in the rumored extended cut we'll get to see it, but it not being in the movie makes it less of an attractive accessory for me.

Guys, if you want to talk about the movie follow this.
To use the spoiler system is fairly simple, here I will give you the tools. It looks like this without the quotes "[spoiler"]value["/spoiler]" (I know the quotes are in weird places but only way I could post it without it making a spoiler). Where it says value, you enter your spoiler so effectively if you wanted to talk about the smell of your dogs poop, but other people don't want you to give it away you simply post whatever you want to tell people it smells like surrounded by those brackets so it would end up looking line this. ( Note, this is not a real spoiler, just an example, feel free to click it if you need help learning how spoiler tags work. )
