So, did I miss something. What is with the "infected" helmet? I don't recall seeing anything in the movie.

There's a good chance it may have been in a scene that was cut from the final edit of the film... maybe it will be in the extended version or deleted scenes... I doubt HT would make something like that randomly without given a design for it by marvel. We were never given a reason as to why Tony decided to stop using 43 and go to 45. I have a feeling that may have originally been the intended reason.

On another note this guy impressed me today, he took a shelf dive while i was photographing another figure in his normal space, he wasa good 4 feet up and landed straight onto hardwood flooring. Not a scratch all that happened was his legs and arms popped out of their sockets. Safe to say i crapped myself but still lol

Well they are the same figure I believe, except for a few minor alterations and a repaint. I think it will fit but I'm not 100%, maybe 90%

Ok, thanks. I was looking at Xenomorphs vid on the fig and the battery compartment is different from the mk42 so I hope it fits. Wanted to know because my plan is to hardwire it so its on all the time but I dont want to ruin this head piece if its not compatible.

Im on the same boat, I ordered both but I think im going to keep the mk43 till the mk3 comes out then sell the 43.
