Maybe I didn't make myself clear, the diorama piece which is on top of the base that holds Ultron?

I really think HT created mk43 first with the red scheme but saved it because it was primarily red. They used the gold version for IM3 because they liked it and it looked nice. I don't think they made mk42 and decided to "improve" it to mk43. I'm fairly certain that the mk43 color scheme was the original design. If it were up to me, I'd always use a red armor for the avengers because it looks more iconic. I would use my other options for the solo movies

I believe I said Ultron base, not Ultron itself.

Thanks for the picture anyways.

We'll forgive people for not being able to understand your logic. If you don't want to use the base provided then buy another normal black one. They are ten bucks. You are asking someone else to do you a favor in finding a photo you could find yourself. If they don't get the right one maybe do it yourself and stop expecting someone else to do it for you. Just a thought.

First, hot toys doesn't design any of the armors. Not a single one. So that's not the case. Marvel with the help of its design firm (legacy studios) designs the armor.

Second, the mk42 was designed first. The color scheme was intentionally changed. The mark 43 was then reversed of that. So your wrong on both the overall point and the details.

Well, I did ask politely if anyone saw pictures of the base without the diorama on top. :monkey3

I know this has been asked before, but has anyone seen photos of the Iron Man being removed from the Ultron base? I really don't want to have it there.

Oops I meant to say marvel but I still stand by that 42 and 43 were created at the same time and 43 was held for the avengers.

Oh...you didnt say you didnt order til Jan 18th. Youre out of luck then man.

lol...I'm kidding. I still think you have a good shot cause this is a major release.
Almost everytime I've gone on waitlist, it converted.
The only time it didnt is on those ultra limited versions, like the battle damaged Mark 7.
But everytime I couldnt make up my mind and had to go on the waitlist, most of them have converted.
LOL - thanks Remy. :clap I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Alright thanks for setting me straight. Good to have people like you around to just be rude and not explain anything. Insider on HT and marvel. This guy is a big deal

Your welcome. It's also nice to have someone around that is as adept as you at making up stuff. It's stunning deductive work. They designed both armors and opted to use one becuase its "not red".

What proof would you like? How do I disprove a random guess out of left field based on absolutely nothing?

It's also interesting that just simply saying you are wrong, with even a nice "sorry" added is some how rude. That's not rude. If you really want to see rude I can do that.
