I am loving all these new Avengers figures or Marvel figures with new headsculpts. This cap, IM2 Tony, TDW Thor, DOFP Wolvie, have such amazing headsculpts. Can't wait to see what's coming up next.

Aaahhhhhhh....

Never had a Cap, either, but this is the most tempting yet. Even though I usually gravitate to the 'classic' designs, this is a really nice update. Just looks definitive.

Also, love the magnet idea and that you can display the shield nicely on his back without having to fiddle w/stuff. When I sold off all my 3.75" Marvel figures, the only one I kept was the black & white Captain America SSC exclusive. Have him on my work desk with the shield on his back (shield facing me). Really like the stoic vibe I get when I look at it.

Well, passing all of this time may have just worked out for you! If this holds up in production, this looks most likely will be the best overall Cap package to date.

SSC should just have an auto PO for me on Cap figures. This will be #7 including the yet to arrive two pack and with Civil War starting filming soon PO for #8 is about 12 months away

The STEALTH version on SS is $220, with the headsculpt and helmet I would guess (not that I know much in this regard) $250-$280... maybe more?

Funny when people say this is the best Cap to date, or glad I waited to buy this one. Well of course this is the best one. It's the latest and HT has become much better and experienced with the sculpts. Next guys will be saying the Civil War version is the best to date and so on. Also for people that are glad they hadn't bought a Cap yet until now, whether or not you bought previous Cap's wouldn't affect purchasing this one. If you bought previous versions, just buy this one. Previous versions won't prevent getting this one.
And comments about people cancelling WS Stealth, not a chance. The Stealth suit is unique and won't be seeing again, not to mention the Rogers civilian look.

Exactly, this will be my first Cap and I am hyped that he will be but I would have loved to have been collecting when the previous releases came out and the only reason I personally put off the WS version was my own budget... I still hope I find the money to get a second chance on him before he disappears from retail, would bet I will end up with him from Civil War too (addictive)

I'm assuming they're getting the info directly from Marvel so I'm pretty sure it's accurate. Don't think they would have added that redesign otherwise.

This looks like it could be the definitive Cap figure, regardless of the quality of the source material. I'm glad I ended up passing on the previous versions, this has literally everything it needs to be perfect accessory-wise.

Hopefully it'll still look this good when it hits production.

Hot toys has traditionally been much better than ssc with delivering on Proto promises. Tho sometimes their fabric choice sucks.

I gathered that, it's just interesting to see that Marvel have changed the design quite a bit as it's been relatively untouched since TFA aside from the blue shield
