yeah, I think it depends on the angle you're looking at the headsculpt. If you look at the face directly face-on you can notice the lazy eye, but when looking at it from a side view it looks normal

I guess I'll see what Sideshow has to say about the headsculpt and if they will replace it. I understand Hot Toys wanted something a little different than the Steve Rogers from Winter Soldier, but at least those eyes are looking in the same direction.

Did you contact Sideshow about the lazy eye? Seems like mine and yours isn't the only one. When looking at it, the eye doesn't seem too bad; however in pictures it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Well I just got mine yesterday but I'm not planning to contact Sideshow, I think it's just how it is and all of them are like that, just depends on the angle and like you said, it sticks out in pictures. All the other headsculpt pics I've googled are the same way. If you contact Sideshow though, please report back what they say. Maybe there's a batch that have the lazy eye lol

I'll let the team know.

Just received mine from the second batch sideshow got, I'll unbox him soon and take some pics to see if I got the wonky eye:panic:

Just checked the headsculpt on mine and both of the eyes are looking in the same direction to the left.

The only issue with mine is the loose shoulder joints, on his right arm in particular. Can't pose him with his shield in his right arm at anything more than roughly a 30-45 degree angle without his arm going limp. I contacted SS yesterday asking about it and am awaiting their response. If they are able to send out a new figure as an immediate replacement with sending my current one back I'll go for it, but if I have to wait for a new shipment, I'll just live with the loose arm.

Well here he is right out of the box, figure is stunning in hand, very happy with this Cap, eyes seem mostly good, though it might still be a bit off, judge for yourself from the photos below, however I will be displaying mine with the helmeted head, I want cap all geared up.

I've been trying really, really hard to resist the urge to purchase this figure, it looks so damn good. Normally i wouldn't think twice, but I am just disenchanted with collecting marvel figures; I cant keep buying all these 2.0 versions every time a new movie is released. Its like a never ending cycle; the older versions lose value and we cant even recoup the money to buy the new version. I may have to stick with star wars and just buy marvel figures when the story concludes in the year 2025.
