I do miss seeing figures in the $170ish range! I come back to collecting to see some Iron Man figures past $300, it nearly gave me a heart attack! 
But they're diecast now, so that makes me happy.
It's crazy that I now consider Cap to be a cheap figure at $224.

Yeah but only a small percentage is diecast.... thats the biggest con in collecting.
Yeah and we'll be thankful all plastic Iron Man and Ultrons are only $250 from now on

I really like Prime, but that price just threw me for a loop. I was expecting expensive and I know he's big, but I was not expecting almost $400 (Sideshow). Cap takes priority on all things, so I can't give him up to make room for Prime. I'm nervously anticipating Ultron Mark I and IM Mark 45 price tags.

Prime is very pricey.... I had to think for a second on him....... which is why it took me 2 seconds to PO

Thanos isn't out until December/January and he won't sell out so all I have to worry about in the meantime is getting Cap. I want War Machine and Ultron Sentry but those will be a while too

Really? Man thanos is one of my anticipated figures. Such a unique look and character. Him and ultron will be my first villains. Crap. Except whiplash 2. Forgot him.

Absolutely, I think the sculpt is fantastic and I'd rather have a Thanos sooner rather than later. It could be 2019 before the Infinity Wars version is out. I envision a villains shelf with Loki, Ultron sentry (I dislike Ultron Prime) and Thanos looming behind them.

Not publicly. The design and suit is done though. At least one. They started pre-pro and shooting this week.
