I haven't seen the movie or read spoilers, I'm just putting two and two together, like several others have in this thread. This theory has been mentioned several times

This has been speculated and discussed to death here in this thread and the other one for quite some time. I'm surprised that some folks seem to have missed this with the amount of times it's been brought up.

IDK. I think its just that scene where he sounds like that, maybe they tried to match the voice to the surroundings and how it would actually sound, and its possible they just made it a bit clearer for the clip

Or like Ronri said it could have been made(Clip 1) before they enhanced/changed the voice

Really nice 3D render of Ultron Prime there.

That said, the render looks a bit more simplified, especially the "nose" and certain details. Not to mention, the antennae are meant to be shorter in length and stop short just at the circles of his mouth at the sides instead of outright covering over them. Still a nice render though, especially in terms of capturing Ultron's mug in an impressionistic way.

That said, it would be awesome if Ultron gets a moment where his eyes and mouth light up really intensely, similar to that render (though the way he looked in Trailer 1 looked pretty close as well).

Whatever it is I hope they polish that up. I've been loving everything they've been doing with him so far and the voice was a big part of it. I had to watch half of that clip before I realized it wasn't a parody. Between the funky CGI in his temper tantrum and the voice, I though it was a fan altered joke at first. It would be odd if his voice is completely different than every trailer suggests, so I guess I shouldn't be too worried.

You right, I take that back. I guess it was just the mannerism and tantrum paired with the voice that initially took me by surprise. But the clip is great overall. I love the way he has some type of magnetism or snatches power from Tony's arc

That looks magnificent.

It's time for another "screencap vs. figure" comparison! Surprisingly, that shot actually seems to demonstrate how HT managed to nail a lot of the details and proportions on their figure (even the head), except for one blatant part: the neck.

While one might argue that the official render being shot from a lower angle obviously skews the image, this actually makes HT's mistake even more obvious since the lower angle would have emphasized the triangular neck on the official render, but this is simply not the case.
