Yeh good shout!

I really need to watch it a second time. Had a massive hangover when I saw it and there were a lot of idiots in the screening I saw. Detracted from it a lot and sure I will enjoy it more a second time.

Favourite shot was still when 'he' had the red cloak on. Brilliant.

Is it me or is here quite a bit more red on it? That, and ****ing hell, they have to fix the proportions of his head/neck.

They MAJORLY improved the head actually. Remember the "nose" area that everyone complained about? It's mostly smooth now, they only left the recessed part but otherwise they took a compromise in detail that actually gives a better impression of his onscreen appearance. They also made the head shape rounder which is much more accurate to the CGI render. On top of that as Brainy pointed out, his expression looks more fierce. Really the only thing I'd fix now is the neck, but I'm honestly beyond happy now.

Job well done HT, I feel even better throwing my money at this.

The shoulder areas that I complained about were even fixed and they sit much more naturally as if they're actually his own shoulders instead of looking like armor on top. He looks sturdier and compact. This is the best this figure has ever looked, he just really looks absolutely fantastic in those photos.

I just can't contain my excitement over all the changes they made, he looks beyond amazing.

Its definitely improved, and yes the shoulders do look better.
If they fix the neck now it will be a much better figure....

I'm not sure but I think they also made his head sit a bit lower which actually somewhat negates the neck problem a bit. It's similar to what King Arts did since even they got neck shape wrong on their figure.

I just can't stop looking at those photos like aaaaaaaaaarrrrrghhhhh he looks soooo goood and majorly improved now!!!

yes, the head sculpt looks improved, the partition lines are more solid this time!

The eyes look horrible. Looks like he's about to go to sleep. The panel lines look better but not feeling the sculpt overall. He looks so bored.

I also noticed that they put some articulation on the connective "muscle" between his chest/shoudlder, which will definitely give his arms a better range of motion.

This figure really needs the light-up feature to bring it to life. I think that will make a big difference. Just hope and pray that the batteries don't corrode.

I'm liking all the improvements throughout. I don't think the eyes/eyebrows changed though. They look exactly the same when you take into account that the photo on the right is at a lower angle.

The shoulders being more seamless to the chest and being closer to it is a nice improvement though.

Some of these changes are questionable. The ribcage and abdomen change for example. It looks like they change the ribcage to a solid piece but that's inaccurate. Also seeing details being taken away in the abdomen piece. Even the chest sculpt is now inaccurate.

Not sure what's going on with this piece but the changes to the body sculpt are inaccurate now. He's also too skinny which seems to be a trademark for Hot Toys. I can never understand why they insist on making some of their figures so skinny.
