In that comparison I can see the chest piece is lower than it should be and a little off, thats all I see though
Oh ****. they just gotta raise the chest piece to help the neck problem.
While the chest piece looks pretty low, I think the angle isn't doing it any favors since the photo is taken from above while the "camera" in the film still is shot at a low angle. The chest and abdomen deisgn definitely look different though. In that comparison I can see the chest piece is lower than it should be and a little off, thats all I see though
The face on KA's sculpt leaves a lot to be desired. It's missing certain details and the sculpt looks soft in a number of places; not to mention it's mouth doesn't seem to move unlike the HT figure. I think HT finally nailed the head sculpt; it looks nice and sharp, and the sculpt has the right amount of details without going overboard.Whilst the king arts one is also off in a lot of places, it looks a lot better then the HT. Especially proportion wise but also the face.
The more I see of Ultron in from the movie, the more the neck on the HT figure bothers me... I really hope they do something about it.
It has already been produced in the thousands... they won't throw those away and start over.
They best that you can hope for is Ultron Prime 2.0 several years from now.
Produced thousands already huh? Care to prove it?
They modified the head as was talked about in the last page or so, how do you know they won't modify anything else? Or is this just another one of your terribly wrong assumptions?
While I doubt they will change it, it's still in prototype phase so it's not out of the realm of possibility. As for it being produced in the thousands already, I HIGHLY doubt that. We probably won't see this until Q2 next year. If they were that far along, we'd get it much sooner and we wouldn't see changes in the display proto.
He's also too skinny which seems to be a trademark for Hot Toys. I can never understand why they insist on making some of their figures so skinny.

Looking at King Arts's figure, I have a strange feeling that HT might have taken some cues from them, and that's right, including the different chest/abdomen:
I mean, what reference material are they working off of? The chest looks like a different model altogether.
Were there any differences between the two Ultron Prime bodies he used or did both companies really just screw that up?
