I don't think there will be any time before UP is released.

I like Ultron Prime, especially the head design. The design is full of intricacies of panels which moves according to his facial expression.

I don't really like it either. Decided on second viewing that I preferred the look of Prime.

I want Ultron Prime just because he had most of the screen time in the movie and is the version I remember the most. If they ever do make an Ultimate Ultron, which I do beleive they will eventually, I will probably get it too, but I prefer Prime more.

Except I won't be getting UU. I only need one iteration of Ultron, and UP is the most ideal one for me for all the reasons you mentioned.

Definitely prefer Prime over Ultimate. Much as I'd still want a HT figure of UU, I liked the more humanoid design of UP, plus it has more intricate details than the smoothed over plating seen on UU. If HT were to make a Sentry Prime with the red eyes that would be an instant buy for me, one that's pretty much on par with my liking for UP.

With the constant delays and the amount of money I've saved up, I decided to allocate some of the extra cash I have and purchased HT's Battle-Damaged T1 Terminator. Needed my killer robot fix especially with Ultron being delayed for so long.

I'm still hoping for Ultimate Ultron from HT... I'm thinking they'd just do a whole new figure, but I'd be ok with having a set of UU parts to add to Prime like the King Arts figure. But I don't know if HT would ever do something like that.

I have full confidence that HT will do an UU...eventually. They won't do it before UP has yet to release.

Fully, I'm surprised how excited I am for this figure now. It's been a steady incline of anticipation.

This sounds about right. Hasn't even been released in HK yet, so April-May at SSC isn't happening.
