Heard from a HK eBay seller that he's expecting a shipment for this figure soon but who knows. Wish this would release already!

I heard something similar. But it's missed the last two dates, and both of those I got from in house people. The 28th was even shared by secret base employees.

It should be well worth the wait though.

I agree. From what I can find out, its just around the corner. I also agree it should be well worth the wait.

i've been wondering about something.. why does it take so long for hot toys figures to be released in/make it to north america? with something like a masterpiece transformer, it can be released in japan on a day and ship out from a japanese e-tailer or US e-tailer the next day? is it done on purpose?

anyways.. even though they never fought in the actual movie, i still can't wait to have ultron prime opposing the mark 45.

Becuase when you buy one figure they can send it on a plane..when it comes to larger amounts they actually have to sail across the ocean on a cargo ship. And go through strickter customs inspections and longer port times. And they don't just have a massive cargo ship sitting at the doc waiting for the figures. Sometimes hey wait for a ship for days or weeks at the dock. It can be weeks to a month just to make the trip.

When they get to customs the entire ship gets unloaded. Then reloaded to go to the distrubutor (sideshow)...this takes time as well. And since just clearing customs not counting any of the other stuff can take up to 10 days.

Then when they get to the distrubutor they have to be removed from the packing boxes, repacked, catolog, labeled and sorted. The ones that pay flex are seperate D from full pay, and those that go out to retailers. Bills have to be generated and make sure funds clear. A month to 6 weeks isn't odd when you think about how long it takes. And remember there are thousands of each figure.

I expect that Ultron Prime, Antman and Quicksilver will all be shipping together. From good sources, but not confirmed. End of April to early May in U.S.

This is the same info I was getting from my contacts in HK.
Not sure what is going on with him or Hulkbuster at this point, hopefully both
sooner than later.

Hot Toys was releasing a figure almost every week for a while, seems to have slowed down some,
which is weird considering how many figures are on the board right now for preorders, lol.

may be because HT are busy doing the movie promotion show, they have just finished the superman vs batman show.
and the civil war promotion should be around next week.

They're still probably tweaking him tbh. He hasn't been released in HK yet.

And also they've switched focus to Star Wars, Civil War, and BVS so who knows when this guy is coming except for the projected release date.

He hasn't even been released in HK, while Quicksilver and Ant-Man have and are both scheduled in April to be at SSC. You won't see UP until May at the earliest.
