After:
1st photo is with the LED on but with the flash from the camera washing it out. 2nd is without any LEDs turned on.

I kinda wonder what it looks like with the LED turned on but under better lighting, especially since the red shouldn't completely block out the white lights passing through the eyes because having it all in red is actually inaccurate to the movie (as the movie stills you posted would show).

I mean, while his eyes are more visible with the LEDs turned off (which is cool), it's still not accurate to how it looked in the film where it should have the white pupils and irises on top of the glowing red.

Yeah I'm happy with it though my only gripe is that he has no pupils in his eyes. Hopefully someone can MAYBE make some sort of mod. Maybe.

He does have pupils. It's not as defined as in the film Becuase it's pretty hard to get it to glow two seperate colors in such a small space. And I guess people can't tell in photos. It's hard to get it to image. But he does have it. It may be reversed from that pic above in color though.

You are right about accurancy but without the mod and with led off is almost unwatchable on the shelf.... The mod is a must ! [emoji1360]

Did u watch the video? Budget Starks video address it. Go to around the 10:30 mark. You can see what movement the ankle has

i'd watched it and ive asked him if he is sure of it.
but he said he got the figure in hand and swore that its a
ball joint. so im not sure. do you have the figure in hand

Even if it's a ball joint does not mean it has sideways tilt. The mk3dc has w ball joint. It does not have sideways ankle articulation.

I don't know who it is that said it does have side to side articulation. But I'd be more inclined, if I where you, to believe my eyes and not what some person said. Anthony clearly demonstrates there is no side ways ankle articulation in his video.

Saw this done over on FHC. Modded eyes to be movie accurate red and the eyes can now be seen even with the LEDs turned off. Hot Toys should have done this.

Any info on this mod yet? What exactly has been done? The led's pushed further out the headsculpt? it's hard to tell with any certainty

Budget Stark is just a serious HT Iron Man/Avengers collector. He just likes to give a rundown of a figure, and give folks peaks at HT or Hong Kong area figure stores, and new releases. He doesn't get paid by HT, or anyone else. He is the manager of a forensics lab, and thats his main source of income.
The Clipper King does in depth videos of figures, but it will be a bit before he gets one to review. The Clipper King doesnt get paid by anybody either. His reviews are brutally honest actually.

Great! Can't wait for Clipper King to review!! I like the figure a lot but at this price I want to know any downfalls from real people. My biggest concern is dead look with lights off u less it is VERY easy to turn lights on. Iron looks awesome with lights out. Thank goodness because even getting chest and helmet on is a pain. Hands and flaps is near impossible!!
