The more I see this guy all lit up, the faster I want it to get here... I gotta say I'll be kinda upset if HT doesn't make Ultimate Ultron, I'd love to have those two next to each other.

I usually have patience with the hobby but this guy can't get here fast enough. I watched AoU again this morning and it gets better every time. All my initial gripes (and the other common ones) have pretty much melted away for me. The flick is so good IMO and Ultron has become my favorite MCU Villian

Random question, do you find that opening scene of Thor fighting looked too mechanic and fake? :lol

Why would anyone in the US order from that scalper?

I don't know about US but for us in Europe he is not a scalper at all. He always has price below our retail , the shipping is ultra fast and customer service is there. I would not call him a scalper. He does a good service (probably for people outside US) and he does have to make a living out of it.

I'm not the only one then :lol I cringe everytime I saw that scene. Every single time :gah:
I noticed in the Civil War trailer, Cap does a lot of big jumps and moves while fighting, it just throws me a little but it's not Thor in AOU bad :lol
It's kind of a shame since every other bit of CGI was damn near perfect :lol

:goodpost::exactly:

When it comes to timcent vs Sideshow for me, in New Zealand, Tim works out more in my favour. Get the figure sooner, get it faster. I will have to pay a little bit more for the figure compared to what I would pay if I waited for my retailer here to get it in, but that retailer doesn't offer any incentives to get it except that I wouldn't have to worry about possibly getting customs charges (if I bought more than one at once) so I figure it's worth it to get it sooner from Tim. However, in saying that, I've only ordered Quicksilver from Tim because I couldn't wait :lol but I don't think he's a scalper at all.

Awesome, thanks for that pic. This thing is damn near perfect. Ratchet joints and great articulation :yess:

:lol I didn't say the movie was perfect, I meant that after watching it around 8 times now a lot of the initial problems have worn away for me. I was referring more to things like the pacing and cramming issues that most people complained about initially, the direction Joss took parts of the story, the overall feel, etc..

Of course there is room for improvement and I think the movie needed to be 10 minutes longer but overall I like the direction that Joss went with this. That said the CGI in the opening attack is clearly not the best we've ever seen, but it doesn't overly bother me either. That opening attack is overall pretty awesome IMO

That's why I said "US".

Yeah , I know , but I felt the need to reply about the "scalper" thing. Obviously he must offer a worldwide price and some people will see that price too high for them but many people outside US will find that price as a good deal. That's why I think that's unfair to call him (or other China sellers) scalper.

I'm in the US and I recently ordered Prime and Fury from him. I live in CA which adds the tax. After that, Timcent is only a bit more ($25) but I get it super early. I also can get it delivered to my door (apartment) whereas SS demands a signature so I have to get it sent to my dad's place. No big deal but I'm glad he's around because there's a lot of good feedback. I don't consider him a scalper. They're definitely out there but I felt the need to chime in and say he's not one of them.

I also got Fury for $3 dollars less than SS shipped and I'll have him any day now.

also prime is getting delivered today. What's the best way to post photos from your phone on here?

I really shouldn't get this since I have other figures on PO, but I have wanted this figure since it was announced, and I know I would regret not having it more then I would have any buyers remorse when I do get it in hand.
I agree that its a lot of money, but its just too unique of a figure and character for me to pass on.

I'll get him eventually, just not desperate enough to pay over the odds.

Timcent is a great guy and his prices are generally pretty fair when you consider that he is getting the products to you far sooner than you would otherwise receive them and shipping with a low value so you don't get stung by customs. Not to mention that he doesn't charge extra for shipping. He actually emailed me to say that Ultron is really expensive at the moment and that he will let me know when the price drops.
