I have to agree. Hot Toys seems very committed to the Iron Man franchise. I can understand other properties such as BTTF not getting their second Delorean, but this is Iron Man we’re talking about. They’ll produce the armor. I have no doubts.
:duff

Let's also not forget the Asian market. They LOVE Iron Man... and Hot Toys will supply their addiction. :)

This is not a full review, and I only just touched on articulation, however I'm uploading an articulation demo now, as a few people have requested to see it in 4K. :hi5:

Im not sure why everyone is doubting HT will do a "2.0".

If its a different suit/mark in the movie, of course they will make it.

They still have to make the other HPP armors from IM3 but for sure "2.0" will be made depending on its movie suit/mark designation.

I wouldn’t say the wouldn’t do it but I’m not sure if they would. I think there gonna make it at least attempt to make all the characters from IW. So is it a 2.0 their top priority over 60 characters? It depends really how much they have to tweak. I think it will sale and I think this version right now will sale, I just think a 2.0 could be years down the road though.

I just don’t see Hulkbuster 2.0 standing toe to toe with Thanos for more than 1 minute, then again most of the HPP had less than 5 secs screen time lol so of course HT will make it

I've been on the single payment plan since day-one...and I'm looking forward to SSC taking my money!

Here’s the articulation demo as promised. Have to make a correction now though, the knees do articulate, however you are definitely going to have to lay this puppy down on either your bed, or on the carpet, when you do it. It’s just too big to do standing up. Lol. Even the instructions don’t clearly specify that the knees articulate, but rest assured they do.

No knee articulation?

Yes, it does. Had to make that correction in my initial post. The knees are very stiff, and I initially thought they did not move, and even the directions don’t clearly delineate knee articulation, however rest assured they do. You will have to lay this puppy down either on your bed, or on the carpet to get it done though. This monster is way too big.

This is what the directions say regarding articulation of the leg, which led me to believe that only the leg itself moved back and forth 30°. However like I mentioned, they do articulate, you just have to work for it. Lol.

Hey, does anyone know when SS plans on getting these out?

Well, they have to get them first. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for Sideshow to get a figure
after it is released in HK. So, I'm guessing late Oct or early Nov before this is shipped from
Sideshow.

I think budget stark has a pretty good video, (see previous pages), on the articulation and dos and donts about how it moves, and where to grab. He even breaks a part of the helmet off, always a good sign in any review as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, he (Anthony) was the one who actually let me know what he did. Because he initially thought the knees did not articulate either.

I love how everyone that articulates the limbs on this beast are out of breath. Looking forward to the exercise!

I think it's more about holding their breath until the articulation movement is complete, than catching up with their breathing.
