Well, it's annoying isn't it... .. You order a (in my case) still pre-order item, only to be in a situation weeks later where you don't have it, yet you know it is in stock everywhere. The frustrating thing was I tried to give them the benefit to make it work, because I didn't want to lose my NRD or very hefty number of Reward Points, and for close to a month I told myself to cancel and just cut my losses and go with Popcultcha. When I did finally order with PC I got the figure in less than a week. It also doubly annoyed me because PC put a special on MCU during one of the 'days of xmas' specials, and Thor was eligible.. In fairness to Sideshow they were very apologetic and sorted me out so I didn't financially lose in the end.. It was just the wait I had to endure.
I will continue to use them, but it will likely be for an exclusive or early pre-order. Those figures you've listed are all pre-orders a long way away (I have Deadpool with a lot of Reward Points too), so you'd be incredibly unlucky to get stung with them. AOU Black Widow is a figure that has been in stock for a while now. All the AOU lineup are gradually becoming ineligble for AU/NZ shipping from Sideshow. Although my Thor was a pre-order, it was a very late one. Status changed from Pre-Order to Available in like only a couple of weeks.
But the other big reason why I won't shop as much with Sideshow now, is our local suppliers are getting figures at a comparable time. Unless you are taking advantage of their payment plans, or have a lot of Reward Points, I don't see that many reasons to shop with them as much as I used to.
