I dont think the head sculpt is good at all the neck joint is very obvious in the pics as well...its a nice figure its just not JR.

While he looks great this is not good, he is the one figure I was glad we had a wait for... now instead of paying for him sometime early next year he is probably going to be with the UK Retailer I ordered from in about 2 - 3 months (though could be less/more of a wait still new to this with Asia to US to UK release lead times).

Still he looks really great, can't wait for him and Cap (when he is released in the UK) to join the Mark 43.
