Isn't there a scene somewhere in the comics where Ant-Man shrinks onto Hawkeye's arrow, Hawkeye shoots the arrow through a window, and at the last second Ant-Man expands back to normal size just in time to punch somebody?

Yes. It's happened in the cartoons as well.
