I still can't seem to get the quiver to separate. I even tried prying it open with a pencil but it still won't budge. I feel like the little clasps were super glued together. This is really sucking out the enjoyment of the figure.

Exactly. I especially see it done with the female figures, Widow, Hill, Potts, and Scarlet Witch, where the head separates from the neck. The neck and body are one piece. Why can't they make it like Steve Rogers for example. The head and neck are one piece.

Wouldn't work on most female figures because their clothes are lower in the front and therefore the neck post joint would be exposed. Cap's uniform goes right up to his neck, so the joint can be hidden.
They could have done the same thing with Hawkeye though because the outfit covers his chest right up to the neck.

Still it's not a deal breaker with the figure at all.

You will not be disappointed with this figure. I had no initial interest in it whatsoever but the in hand pictures, and the fact that I got such a great deal, pushed me to get it, and let me tell you, he's awesome.
