As a Renner fan, I think the head sculpt is pretty good for just the 2nd time around.

I think its good too..... Its still a little off but im sure in hand its fine...... its just the brow imo

Secret Base photo does look a lot closer to Renner. Maybe HT should've just posted those pics for their marketing

Also I think he wears the long coat for at least 2 scenes in the movie - raid on Hydra base and war-torn European town with the twins. Possible those are the same scene but the twins scene seems like it's happening later in the movie, and we know the raid is the start of the movie.

Besides the hair, I'm not seeing a big difference in the HS

This is a great shot! I was thrown off a bit by the head sculpt as well, but that seems to be a lot with lighting for promo shots at times. If it comes out like this, then I think that's a win.

I also think if they had a shot of him with sunglasses on that it'd show his features off quite nice as well. Like Widow's hair, I'm not exactly sure how they didn't go, "Hey Jerry, did you bring the sunglasses? No?! Again on photoshoot day?! Dammit Jerry!"

Despite not being a big Hawkeye fan I like the way this looks. The long coat outfit is cool to me. I'm in more than likely.

Somebody posted it already but it's worth posting again. This picture sold me on this figure.

Even the magenta on the jacket looks better in that picture.

It does look like the jacket is sleeveless and it's the long sleeve shirt that we see on the arms. The fabric is a darker maroon on the arms and the pattern through the material is wider than on the jacket. Should make it much easier to pose the arms as the thickness of the shirt will be much less than it would be with a jacket.

I think the arm armour have been attached to the arms underneath to prevent them from moving when you pose the arms. The same technique was used with the DOFP Wolverine. It hasn't been designed to be worn with a vest.

Perhaps there will be a Toy Fair exclusive version, or maybe they just decided they wanted to make a different looking Hawkeye this time. This figure is different enough that even if you got the first, you still might get this. I think the first one will still be sought after for people wanting to have both of the looks.

Yeah, I kinda want the first one now, so much for it dropping in price... I was hoping this one would have the accessories for both looks, but I suppose that was expecting too much. Personally, I doubt they will make a sleeveless version for the AoU line, but I hope i'm wrong.

Yeah, I just looked at the Avengers HS and it's a big improvement, IMO.
