Keep looking. She's nice, but never once have I ever agreed she's worth $300+

Got in a bidding war for one on eBay a few months back. Got in at $130 and i maxxed at $220... sold for around $230-$240 which I thought was a bit much then. Wish i stayed in and scored it. Oh well. One day I’ll find one but definitely not at the $300 range. The mediocre gown she comes with is what has kept her off the top of my list but still keeping an eye out

When Leia Hoth hits and people start buying that up some more of the ANH figures will show up and drop the price down. I agree that you should be patient. Probably not worth over paying for her. Amazing head sculpt but the dress drags the overall figure down a bit.

Is the Hot Toys version of this figure $180 more quality than the fire version? It seems the head sculpt and materials are pretty close but I don’t have the fire one to compare. Just wondering if it’s a better option with the price of Hot Toys release climbing.

The sculpt is phenomenal, but as others have said, the dress holds it back a bit. Everything else about it is pretty much perfect. Even though I have it, if I didn't, I personally wouldn't pay more than about $250 on the secondary market for it. If even that.

I never really minded the dress. The material, not too far off from the real one. Take a good look at it next time you watch. Super thin, very flowy, and with the exception of her first and last scene, very cheap looking.

Don't have this figure anymore but came across some old pics today. Such a great sculpt.

I got the Fire knockoff Princess Leia yesterday. The head sculpt is not half bad, a little longer then the original sculpt. The dress is pure crap, it makes the Hot Toys one look good. The body's neck is a litttle too long and her shoulders look too narrow, probably because the dress doen't fit well. I was pleasantly surprised by the accessories and the packaging. I don't know if I would recommend geting the whole thing, but the head sculpt is worth it if you don't already have Leia.

Wondering that myself. I love this figure. I regretted selling it almost immediately. Took a lil while but I'm glad to have her back in the collection now. ANH Leia is iconic.

I preordered the knockoff awhile back, then came across a good deal for the original. I plan to customize a different outfit for the knockoff at some point.
