Great shot; the Pym Particle tubes are in backwards though...red dot facing out. :wink1:

Great photos as well...but the Pym Particle tubes are in backwards; red dot facing out. Seems to be a common theme...or maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Phenomenal figure. Light up function is cool, better batteries help with the brightness. The suits restrictive but he looks great in take off style poses. His helmet and sculpt are the highlight for me, it's a great mechanical build of the helmet functionality and the smerk sculpt is very, very accurate to Rudd. Quite smitten with this one.

Some pics.....

Lol top class. I need to see that film again.

And yeah, awesome photos! Mine should arrive tomorrow. Wife won't be happy lol. She'll know straight away what it is when it arrives whilst I'm at work cos of that damn shipper!

Why absolutely all of you use the exactly same pose??? :lecture

Although it has suit restrictions, I would like to see heroic poses... :yess:

There's not a whole lot you can do as far as heroic poses, haha. This figure's value is in the sculpt and the suit. And he looks good in the pose everyone's using!

Then, we should buy a sculpture, not an articulate figure... :lecture:lol

You aren't wrong! The articulation is honestly so bad on this figure that it kind of DOES feel like I bought a sculpture with interchangeable hands, haha.

The articulation is indeed poor on this figure. But as others have mentioned, the value in this figure is the accurate suit and the sculpt. However, I can understand why this would irk those who are dynamic posers, as it'd feel like a sculpture/statue more than an action figure.

Myself personally, I'd take accuracy over articulation any day, as I tend to be a museum to subtle action poser. Absolutely love this figure.

it is limited artic but i dont find it that bad, can crouch abit into a ready for action pose, running pose is ok etc just got mine a couple days ago, LOVE IT! and im all about poses.

but unfortunately got a couple scuffs on breather part of lower mask via clam-shell. sucks. took the shiny metallic paint off down to the black color under. thought about trying to return, tho was hard to take pic of prob through clam shell so opened and did my best to cover with some metallic silver paint that does hide it 99% of the time. but oh man you see this fig in pics then spend the over two hundred(alot to me) to get and to have a prob such a bummer. could be worse i know but... yeah sucks abit cuz i love this piece so much. first world probs etc :p

No need to worry about having to choose whether you want it or not at this point. It'd be difficult to snare one even if you did finally decide now that you want to buy one. At retail, at least.

I have no regrets about picking this figure up, because I do think the headsculpt and suit are top-notch, but I wouldn't want anyone thinking about picking this one up not realize the problems with it, especially with the markup.

was hoping others would chime and be like "dont swet the scuffs man, mine has it as well. " :gah:

the lil ant-man is lots of fun for pics

Some of the best looking HTs in my collection have limited pose ability but they still look awesome. It's gonna happen with realistic looking fabric which I'd take any day over resin.
