The helmet and other parts of the suit were originally going to light up but they decided not to use it in the film at all. HT was likely using that early design and artwork to do their prototype.

This is what I heard as well. Makes sense in that case why the prototype included it.

I ordered Vision and Quicksilver from timcent and they have been stuck in China for 10 days (Vision for 10, Quicksilver for a little less). Has anyone else had issues like that with him? I ordered Scarlet Witch from him and she arrived on my porch in 6 days. They are stuck in the "Processed through sort facility" at the Hong Kong Air Mail Centre. Is that normal and I just got lucky with Scarlet Witch? I really want to order Ant Man from him but as of right now I have reservations about doing so, with $500 in figures that I've bought and haven't received yet.

Chinese new year and all that.
I have received figs from timcent in 3 days before, remarkable really. Usually the only hassle is when they get to the UK & customs decides for no good reason to hold my parcel for a week and charge me just for the hell of it.

How often has that happened to you?

Got mine for $280, I can't wait to add this guy to my collection.

Like others said, the most enjoying aspect about this film was that it was not so serious like many other Marvel films. It was fun and mostly enjoyable, I also thought Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas were great.

This, Guardians of the Galaxy and Raimi's Spider-Man are the only Marvel films that I enjoyed.

OK, now it makes sense why my package status has said "Item en route to UNITED STATES" since Feb 6. It's coming from Malaysia but I believe they celebrate the lunar New Year also. It would have been nice if the store I ordered from had mentioned that before I sent them the money for shipping.

Usually my stuff from Hong Kong gets through customs, I would say out of 10 figs I get, maybe on average 2 might get held by customs.

Ahhh good stuff that's reassuring. I've got ant man coming from Hong Kong and I'm hoping he won't get held. Am I right in thinking it's about an extra £20-30.00 if it does get held up?

Yeah, Malaysia celebrates CNY too.

Yeah something like that. Tbh I have not been buying a lot of figs recently. I wish I knew why customs hold stuff sometimes and how they come up with their customs charges. It all seems like complete chance that your item gets nabbed by them.

Yeah it'd be nice if they could give a reason as to why it's been held. I've only had it happen once. And that was a while back. Fingers crossed ant man doesn't get held up!

My Quicksilver has been held up in Hong Kong customs since Feb. 6! I was lucky to get the Vision and Scarlet With in recently, but, still waiting on QS!

Finally got around to watching some of those reviews. The articulation is disappointing, but not unexpected. The main thing is that it looks spectacular, from what I can tell it's one of the best looking figures to date, they really nailed Rudd's Ant-Man. Wasn't even vaguely tempted by this in the beginning, or even last week, but now I'm on the edge of buying :rotfl

Maybe he saw the "man" in ant-man and thought oh iron man!

Figure looks great as can be. Only grips are the maybe fragile parts to it. To be less restrictive would mean a looser fitting or different material which brings up other complaints. "Oh his pants are so baggy!" Or "that material is not screen accurate or the figure does not look screen accurate."

Ant-Man!! Just a few quick pics for now.
