Looks like because funko and marvel legends released their versions quite a while ago, they are probably working off of older concept art and designs that have now changed for the final film. Because the suit on the funko is also red and blue, instead of red and black

I don't know, Hot Toys also works based on concept art designs like the smaller and wrong Infinity War Stormbreaker, maybe the final design has some differences and like the black and gold version, it gets an updated look.

No villains yet unfortunately. Maybe they want these Spider-Mans out there now to pay for the R&D of a most likely 1 off villain(s). I disagree as you already have seen 2 variations of Doc and Goblin.

Yep, it's the perfect storm of this being a big crossover event film, Spider-Man's inherent popularity, heavy nostalgia when all the cards are on the table, and Hot Toys positioning Spider-Man as one of their central cash cows.

This movie is going to have as many figures as an Avengers film, if not more.

Hot Toys has been hesitant to do villains due to past sales, but I hope they've seen the potential and make an exception here. I think the demand to be able to recreate the big Statue of Liberty fight in 1/6 scale will be massive.

I have to disagree with you, Tom looks like high school student in the spider movies, but in interviews he looks older, I think his hair that makes him look younger or older.

I just checked... nope. Looks like a high school student and sounds like a high school student. Maybe if he grew some facial scruff but Peter Parker is clean shaved. In contrast, Tobey and Andrew looked like an adult in high school.

I just checked... nope. Looks like a high school student and sounds like a high school student. Maybe if he grew some facial scruff but Peter Parker is clean shaved. In contrast, Tobey and Andrew looked like an adult in high school.

In the case of Tom, the shorter the hair the older he looks, i guess he could play a college peter but i would prefer an actor for each phase of his life(School years Tom, College someone new and adult a new one too).
But Andrew was the one who most look like an late teenager in the first and a young adult in his second movie, Tobey always looked like 30's.

This is currently at hot toys’ spider-man event. They’re displaying 1/4 versions of the no way home suits. It’ll be interesting to see which of these if any are released

Good golly - a 1/4 TM Spider-Man, THAT would be the pinnacle!!!!!

They'd HAVE to nail everything. Suit, proportions, unmasked head sculpt, a nice diorama base, fitting accessories, etc. Just imagining that is

That 1/4 integrated Spidey figure looks pretty good TBH - this suit is sort of growing on me despite my best intentions.

I do wish we still had the more classic colours though...
I'm not the biggest comic spidey fan, so I may be wrong here, but is this suit inspired by like any really iconic comic suits? Does he wear a lot of red gold and black in the comics? Or is this purely due to the "spidey is Ironman's protege" thing in the MCU (which I am NOT a big fan of).
I actually kind of like the extra arms - though thats maybe me liking having them as an option, more is more after all, but I can't say I would love it if they HAD to be displayed either.
I'm just thinking because I don't yet own a spidey but I DO have Mysterio, Dr Ock, Vulture and plan to pick up Green Goblin and Venom and wanted a figure to go with them.

Comic Civil War Spiderman which HT just made from the game. Sensational really brings the Spidey logo onto the shoulders.
Really it is just color variations at this point, similar to IM3. I got the VG Spidermans Iron Spidey, 2099 and Scarlet. My MCU version is the HC blue and red, it just looks the best for me. They combined the Iron and Upgraded for the Integrated, which does look really good. I'm more interested in villains at this point as I've got those 4 SM already. The black instead of the blue on the suit was probably inspired from the black inking while the blue gave it a shine.

Watch the movie then decide. Plenty of SM figures to choose from and more incoming.

This suit does absolutely nothing. They might as well have stuck with the red and black suit because that is all it was. Nothing new. Nothing fancy. The battling red and black suit is probably THE one to get for Tom's trilogy. Or stick with the FFH version.
