I like it but I do agree the shorts and legs looks a little off. Too much bulk in the midsection and the legs look too fat for the upper body. The body proportions reminds me of the man of steel promo figure, but they fixed that one in production so maybe they will fix this as well.

I beg to differ...

Nice head sculpt and colors by Tony, but overall that's not too impressive or faithful to the show. Batman had a big ole' barrel chest and thinner legs/ankles and zero folds in his suit. Also had zero abs due to the streamlined design.


That looks like a cross between these,

Albeit nice boots. It's not bad, I dig it, but i still think a high end BTAS Batman portable doll in 1/6 scale is impossible.

This one has 'QC nightmare' written all over it. I love HT' most of the time.. I really do. I'm saying that now, because previously I would've said all the time.

This fixation they seem to have with defective rubber - quite frankly, is idiotic. Sure, DX09 has held up nicely, but as Fabster said, it's a simple suit with limited opportunities for issues. They still went there though. Going forward, it'll more than pay to scrutinize the **** out of their future figures with somewhat questionable components, because they almost seem to dare us to step on their rubber mines with the brazen way they lavishly drape their creations with it.

That headsculpt is just perfect but the rest I am really not feeling. If it doesn't change I might have to pass...

What do you guys do with your figures? Play with them most of the time? Rubber wears in extreme conditioned were it is not properly maintained, look at old cars with leathers and how they are maintained, in that sense one could just apply leather wipes or leather protectant to keep them from cracking or breaking, that is the case of my dx09.

Because they are no rubber care products.

Hot toys will never produce anything that lasts that long, their game plan is for you to buy a second fig

With the arms down in a 'neutral' pose, the arms look a lot better but still, the torso remains all flappy-like. They need to stuff it and give some more padding or something.

Rubber suits, man. There's got to be a better way.
