Ok, here's the base, all set for Silent Surfer to weather and Darth Viper to illuminate.
All I need to do is add a strip of yellow acetate behind the firefly logo so it glows.

Damn, Anzik! Amazing work. I can't wait to paint on that. Send it to DV for illumination first. Once it's painted, I don't want it to be shipped more often than need be. In fact, I wouldn't mind meeting Trevor in person for the first time by delivering this to him by hand.

Allright, I spent my downtime today working on these Mal boots for Fillion's Mal figure. I think they're more or less there.
I will be happy to offer these to anyone who's dying to have something that looks a little more like Mal's Firefly boots. They'll be cast solid, though, as I have no means to make hollow boots.

That's really cool, I'm sure people will be interested in buying a pair for their Mal builds--I know I am (although maybe next month since I'm tight on money)
Speaking of money--since Anzik is sending me the base to get the elctronics installed, I need some way to pay for them, I can put in a little bit of money, but I don't have enough extra money to pay for the whole $60, I can maybe only put in $15 so I need $45 for the rest
