Wonder if Jas has got over his man-cold ? Also wonder if Pixel offered any improvement suggestions, and what they were ?

All better now chaps and back in the J-cave
Rounded the nose off more and tried to give some better image angles, the side on view is misleading and is thinner in hand.
Next: I'll be adding the small holes along the side by the grilles, making the steering wheel and renewing the side grilles.
If there are any other obvious slight adjustments let me know asap chaps as I'm getting close to making the master patterns.

Assume you'll also tackle this hole (in green) further back by the intake. Should be an easy one.

Couple of decent front and side view pics, plus a good grill detail pic.
Never ceases to amaze me the shots I've never seen before after all this time. Love this one with Luke "before" it all started.
That would make a great pose & display too if it would fit in whatever display you have planned.

This is the ref I used when creating the rounded bodywork edges and definitely looks more rounded than in other images.
I thought there were a lot of variations with the Indy mine cart, but that was nothing compared to this

Yeah I guess there were a couple of different versions. One on an arm, one they could all sit in based on that funny little car (Renault ?).....So maybe also slightly different.
Any chance on getting those A, B, C dimensions ? Don't worry I'm not going to do a scale check. [emoji3]

Unfortunately, the landspeeder is one of the very few full size objects from the SW universe where there hasn't been any production-used blueprints emerge at all. There are ones that were done for books in the 1990s but not sure what those were based on or how accurate they were.
So it really just comes down to finding pics that don't have too much distortion (like the pic above) - which generally means shots taken from further away that are zoomed in a bit.
By the way, I think that hole that someone pointed out earlier that's missing is where the pole that supported the vehicle went. It's visible in some pics but not others so I assume there was a plug in use when it was suspended from the other side.

Yeah, I think this pic has some distortion.
It's a real problem with the landspeeder - almost every time a pic is taken of it, people want a nice 3/4 angle or are looking down at it. It's rare to find images that are taken from further away and with a longer lens to get rid of distortion.
The vehicle is also really low to the ground (the body seems to be not far above knee height to a person standing next to it) , so its rare to see pics taken down at its level also that might reveal the true curvature of the upper and lower body either side of the grill.
