This really does look great. Did you do any other mods? I can see what people said about the thickness of the plastic being toylike, but the Hasbro dome has such perfect size and shape. It's a fair trade off.

The angle of the sides on the Hasbro dome is a perfect match to the angle on my full size, cast from original dome so I'm wondering if there's any chance the angle can be left the same or is it too late for that request?
If you're using a "20th Century" ROTJ casting as the source of your measurements, that dome suffered from excessive flared sides due to rushed casting of the helmet and more specifically, it also had the length trimmed so it has a "hair cut" appearance. They only used that 20th Century helmet on the tour to promote the release of the Special Edition Trilogy in 1997.
Check the eFX ANH dome to get a good idea of what the flare and length should be.
Interested to see how this turns out. The whole upper Chest shoulder area of this body is very odd (to me).I hope I'm not interjecting with modification talk and images…
