300 DVD Best Buy Exclusive

Just a heads-up - Best Buy has the exclusive 300 DVD gift set up for pre-order. It includes a helmet and art cards.



Did anyone happen to get the SDCC exclusive version?

Hopefully theyll be plenty of these to go around come Tuesday. I heard theyre only getting about 15 per store, and I'm sure they will sell like hot cakes.

I'm assuming that they won't have a special boxed set like this available with either of the high def versions. I'm not going to sacrifice the audio/video quality just to get the extra stuff.

Yeah, I'll stick with HD-DVD, while it's nice to have the extras there's no way I'm getting the standard-def version while there's a high-def version around.

They will have plenty of these and they will be collecting dust on shelves just like the V for Vendetta ones. That said, I am getting one.

I'm pretty sure it's just the standard version, but I know a lot of people here probably want this just for the helmet.

I have both players and could get either one, but I don't want to miss out on the additional special features that will be exclusive to the HD DVD version, so that's the one I ordered from Amazon.

right on Tom. blu ray might have some exclusive movies, but HD DVD definitely gets better additional features.

They sold out quite fast each day. They sold a limited number I can't remember how many she said they sold but it wasnt very many. I was thinking about getting one but I wanted the HD-DVD version

The one offered at the Con was different than the Best Buy version...it has an Immortal mask instead of the helmet.

Amen to that. The HD-DVD is definitely worth $5 more than the Blu-Ray for this flick.

Both, but the HD-DVD has more extras.
