I definitely agree. Plus it is a little different than his usual stuff, which I guess is because of the animation. Tonight was actually the first time me or Danny had seen Akira. I had always meant to watch it, but never got around to it.

Forgot to add, Regular was $65.00, Variant was $130.00. Mondo also said they plan to do more Mystery Screenings at various theatres across the country. So it won't just be limited to Austin for these type of deals.

yeh totally jealous and even more so that you have never seen the movie until last night. i would buy these in a heartbeat if offered, but sadly these along with the olly moss star wars will never be mine no matter how much of a fan i am i can never pay the flipper prices.
